Registration to the workshop will be facilitated online through a dedicated event platform (Converve) and conducted throughout the day. Participants will be given the option to select the sessions they are interested in attending.

Sign-in will be conducted as participants walk into the room. Walk-ins will be accepted throughout the duration of the workshop.

Participants will be required to answer a short feedback survey prior to leaving the workshop.

Participants may book 10-minute meetings with the experts who will be at the workshop. The following topics are open for discussion:

▪ International Readiness Assessment Feedback Reports

▪ Pitch doctor

An interactive Help Desk will be made available for companies who are waiting for their meetings. 3 laptops will be linked via WebEx to the BlueInvest Secretariat, to assist participants in joining the BlueInvest Community, and to answer further questions about the platform.

In addition, attending companies will be encouraged to complete the BlueInvest Readiness Assistance application and, as an option, PwC’s International Readiness Self-Assessment Tool. The latter generates immediate customised reports with feedback on a company’s readiness to export and address new markets.

How connected is your business? This session presents an overview of national innovation ecosystems, EU business support programmes, networks and useful resources to assist SMEs.

Ready to export?

What does it take to successfully enter new markets? This session introduces a methodology for international readiness self-assessment to support companies in developing an international business plan.

Ready to pitch?

Are you communicating your best self? This session provides tips to improve your pitch, online and offline. Work on your pitch deck, an investor-ready dossier and prepare for the face-to-face meeting.
